Well Muston Street has it all for such things as a quiet location, and only one street away from the bustle and excitement of the Mosman shopping strip, with its restaurants and many interesting boutiques.
The building in which the apartment is located has much character and commands a great view of Balmoral and Sydney Harbour, particularly pretty on a weekend, when you can see from the balcony the many yachts on display, along with the Manly ferries and other craft.
A 10 minute stroll takes you down to Balmoral Beach where one cab enjoy a lovely swim or relaxing walk along the shore to meet friends, and on occasions, enjoy fish & chips from the famous “Bottom of the Harbour” fish shop!
The apartments’ lounge & dining area shares the view along with the well appointed open plan kitchen which boasts Smeg and Bosch appliances.
There is a generous hallway leading out to two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and continues on to our private courtyard.
